Features
Each sport logged the way that sport works.
A strength session and a pool session have nothing in common, so they do not share a screen. Every discipline gets an interface built for it.
Strength
A live grid of exercises and sets with a number pad built for the job, warm-up and drop and failure set types, and last time’s numbers shown as a ghost behind today’s.
The rest timer starts itself and runs on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you are not holding your phone between sets.
- Personal records, found for youWeight, reps at a weight, single-set volume and estimated one-rep max, detected as you finish and collected on a board.
- Plate mathsWhat to load on the bar for the target weight — and a straight answer when it is not loadable.
- An exercise libraryHundreds of movements with descriptions, muscles worked, equipment filters and alternatives, plus any you add yourself.
Logging sets
Running
Live GPS with pace, distance, heart rate, auto-pause and a route map. Structured sessions run themselves: warm-up, then each rep with its target pace on screen, then the recovery, advancing as you go.
After a run, your splits are classified, and your pace is adjusted for the hills, the heat and the wind you actually ran in.
- Build your ownCompose a structured run segment by segment and schedule it onto a day in your plan.
- Conditions-adjusted paceA grade, heat, wind, altitude and air-quality correction, so a hard day in bad weather reads as the effort it was.
A structured interval run
Swimming
Deck mode puts one prescribed set on the screen at a time, in type you can read with wet hands. Tap it done, skip it, or change it, then rate the session and save.
Sets are composed in your pool’s units, whether that is 25 m, 50 m or 25 yd.
Poolside deck mode
HYROX
A live runner for EMOM, AMRAP, for-time, Tabata and full race simulation, with a twin timer, round pills, split logging, station check-off and audible cues.
Build an eight-station session yourself and save it to your library or drop it onto a day.
A HYROX session
Library, routines and recovery
A sectioned library per sport — curated sessions, your saved ones, and what you did recently — that works offline. Save any finished workout as a routine, then edit and reorder it.
Recovery is its own flow: pick where it hurts, pass a safety check, then follow a timed guided routine. Each movement carries its evidence grade and its sources, and recovery sessions are logged separately so they do not distort your training load.
