Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stryde mobile app, operated by Stryde Training. By creating an account or otherwise using Stryde, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, creating an account in, or otherwise using Stryde, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using Stryde on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.
Not Medical Advice
Stryde generates training plans and readiness guidance from data you provide and connect. This is fitness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and Stryde is not a substitute for care from a qualified physician or other health professional.
Consult a physician before starting any new training program, especially if you have an existing injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. Stop a workout immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, severe or worsening pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other warning sign — the app’s own in-workout safety guidance (for example, the red-flag checks shown before a mobility or recovery routine) is a prompt to pay attention, not a diagnosis.
You are solely responsible for evaluating your own physical readiness for any exercise Stryde suggests, and for stopping when something feels wrong.
Assumption of Risk
Physical training carries an inherent risk of injury. By using Stryde, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with following any plan, workout, or recommendation the app provides.
License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stryde on your own devices for your own personal training. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content, or use it to build a competing product.
Your Account & Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (benchmarks, goals, health metrics) — Stryde’s plan generation and adaptation logic depends on it — and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You own the training data you create in Stryde. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently removes it; this cannot be undone.
Third-Party Services
Connecting Apple Health, Garmin Connect, Strava, WodBoard, Withings, Oura, or Polar is optional and governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. We are not responsible for those services’ availability, accuracy, or handling of your data.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Stryde is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stryde Training is not liable for any injury, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the app or reliance on any plan, workout, or readiness guidance it produces.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
